Lobster Mushroom Jamboree 2017
Join our Chef Gary Krasner on this years Lobster Mushroom Jamboree! Held in the Chippewa National Forest area of Itasca County, Minnesota. Join Mike Kempenich, of Gentleman Forager as your guide & host, along with acclaimed Minneapolis chefs Dinesh Jayawardena & Robert Foster, of Fire Lake MOA as well as our own Chef Gary Krasner. Learn about lobster & other wild mushrooms while you forage with Mike with the anticipation of their role in an incredible dinner Saturday night!
Black Morel Hootenanny 2017
This years 4th annual Black Morel Hootenanny featured a mushroom identification class from certification educator Mike Kempenich covering 4 species of summer mushrooms, mushroom cooking classes by our Chef Gary Krasner. This event allows you to sample more than 15 species of mushrooms & several wild greens, five spectacular “wild” meals, great music & a private camp site nestled on 80 acres within the Superior National Forest!
